How to Submit
Email info@wepostweddings.com with the subject line “Wedding Submission” and include:
- Your names (and Instagram handles if you’d like to be tagged)
- The date and venue of the wedding, proposal or ceremony
- Your story — how you met, the proposal, a moment that made the day unforgettable (a few paragraphs is perfect)
- 10–30 high-resolution photos and/or video links (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer)
- Your photographer’s / videographer’s name — we always credit creatives
What Happens Next
Our editorial team reviews every submission. If your story is selected, we’ll reply within 5–7 days to confirm details before publishing. Publication is free — we never charge couples to be featured.
Photo Rights
By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the photos and videos (or have your photographer’s permission) and you grant WePostWeddings permission to publish them on our website and social channels (@wepostweddings) with credit. You keep full ownership of your images — see our Editorial Policy for details.
Photographers and planners: you’re welcome to submit on behalf of your clients with their consent. Regular contributors get priority — introduce yourself at info@wepostweddings.com.
